    If the client does not cancel in time, Posh clinic can charge the rate for the treatment in whole or in part.

    Appointments can only be canceled by telephone or email (info@poshclinic.nl). The cancellation is registered by Posh Clinic when the client calls and the client actually speaks to an employee about this, or when his email is received by Posh Clinic.
